Sarasota Concierge was founded in 2006 by Will Gaspar, a Sarasota native, homeowner, and an enthusiast of travel, delectable cuisine, and hand crafted cocktails. It all started when his parents were celebrating their 30th anniversary. “My mother was calling the florist; Dad was picking up balloons, and company was arriving within the hour”.
That’s where the thought came in, this is their party and they should feel like a guest and not have to lift a finger. Will, who has years of experience in casual to fine dining at some of Sarasota’s premier restaurants and resorts, including The Ritz-Carlton, found that there was a need to offer a service. A service that caters to those with busy lifestyles that still enjoy entertaining at their home.
Gaspar recently expanded his business to the Tampa Bay area, in addition to Sarasota, when he sold his house and purchased a condominium in the Westchase suburb of Tampa at the end of 2021. He immediately started networking and has served at venues such as Amalie Arena, The Florida Aquarium, as well as The Carousel Club in St. Pete.
